Fill out our claims form with all relevant details and supporting documentation, including photos of damages and copies of shipping documents.
Claims Assessment
Our team reviews your claim and supporting documentation. We may contact you for additional information or to arrange an inspection if necessary.
Resolution
We work with all parties to reach a fair resolution. Once approved, payment is processed within 30 days of claim approval.
Required Documentation
To ensure the fastest processing of your freight claim, please have the following documentation ready:
- Bill of Lading (BOL) - Original copy showing complete shipper, consignee, and carrier information
- Delivery Receipt - Noting any visible damages or shortages
- Commercial Invoice - Showing the value of the damaged or lost goods
- Packing List - Detailing the contents of the shipment
- Photographs - Clear images showing the damaged goods and packaging
- Inspection Report - If an inspection has been conducted
Note: Claims must be filed within 9 months of the delivery date or the expected delivery date for lost shipments as mandated by the Carmack Amendment.
